The purpose of a Professional Services Consultant is to be responsible for the successful implementation (software-as-a-Service) to our customers:
Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship with the customer and be the "Primary Face" to the customer throughout the implementation process
- Document the customers’ business needs through to implementation/configuration of SuccessFactors software
- Participate in weekly customer project team meetings, maintaining "action items" lists and resolve through to completion
- Conducting discovery meetings with customers
- Writing statements of work
- Create project plans in cooperation with the customer's internal project manager
- Educate the customer on employee databases and technical requirements
- Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes
- Document and track customer product enhancement requests and report bugs
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors' product-suite
- Bring in additional consultants and technical resources as necessary
- Provide train-the-trainer, administrative and reporting training to the customer
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability in implementing HRIS software preferably Learning Management, Recruitment or core HR solutions
- Previous exposure to HR practices and HR Software
- Strong HR practitioner background
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Technical understanding of software operating systems and ability to work comfortably with HRIS engineers.
- Previous experience with managing the Quality Assurance processes for software implementations
- Knowledge of XML or HTML would be advantageous.
